1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup of 2% Milk
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium to large bowl
- Stir in the Milk and Olive Oil until the dough begins to form and is soft.
- Pour dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 12 times. The goal is to Shape the dough into a ball. Cover dough with plastic wrap and let sit for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on a baking sheet.
Bake the Pizza Dough in the oven at 400 degrees for 9 minutes.
Now it’s time to add a layer of Pizza Sauce to the top of the dough then some fresh Mozzarella Cheese and your favorite Toppings then turn up the oven to 450 degrees and continue to bake until light golden brown for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.

You can easily add a dash of onion powder, crushed red pepper, fresh oregano, basil or marjoram to the dough to give it an extra punch.
